Terms and Conditions for British Collection
Driver Requirements
All drivers must be a minimum age of 25 years and have held a valid driving licence for at least 1 year.
The named renter must present two valid credit cards (no debit cards accepted) with available credit in the renter's own name at the point of rental. The renter is eligible to add one free additional driver without an extra charge. The additional driver must be present at point of rental, must be at least 25 years of age, and must have held a valid driving licence for at least a year.
The Vehicle
Make and Model guarantee means that we will do all we can to provide the specific British Collection vehicle make and model you reserved. In the rare event that the reserved make and model is not available you will be offered another British Collection vehicle of equal or greater value at no extra cost or a full refund.
Location
You cannot drive the British Collection vehicle outside of the UK unless otherwise authorised in writing by Hertz.
London Marble Arch: free pick-up within 5 miles from the location is included in your rate upon prior reservation.
Hertz London Heathrow Airport and Edinburgh Airport: free delivery and collection from the terminal is included. Location will contact you in advance of rental to arrange pick up point and time. Your name will be displayed on board unless you have requested your name not to be so displayed.
At point of booking you must provide contact telephone number and consent to a Hertz representative calling you at least 48 hours prior to rental commences to arrange details of pick-up / delivery. If no operational phone number is provided, we will endeavour to contact you via provided email address to arrange.
